Mindplace Ganzframes - for Kasina & Limina

After several years of use, the original Ganzframes for my Kasina unfortunately cracked, but the replacement I received is absolutely outstanding. The new Ganzframes are durable, comfortable, and perform better than ever. I’m very impressed with the quality and reliability of MindPlace products. Their customer service and attention to detail are top-notch. I highly recommend MindPlace to anyone looking for high-quality light and sound machines.

Customer No Service

I was sent the wrong item. Had to contact the Customer Service 7 times to finally receive the item I ordered. I received this message 3 times “we haven’t heard from you so we assume your problem has been taken care of and are closing your inquiry”. There is no follow up or concern and it’s really unfortunate because they sell a quality product
