Arrived broken for the second time

Unable to use. I dog head lid is packed upside down for shipping and it appears that it is shifting and breaking the glass.

I bought many of your items as gifts for Christmas. I admire your work and I'm calling this holiday an Arthur Court experience. I love them all. If I had one wish it would be that your equestrian line offered more things that favored a western line such as your butter dish and would have loved to see a goodie jar with a horse as well.
