This is a polyester/cotton blend, unlike the product was like a decade ago, which was 100% cotton. The blended fabric feels plastic like and isn't particularly comfortable. There is the benefit of a zip the side of these pillows, which allows you to adjust the firmness of the pillow.

NeckBone in cotton

This is the one! I love the neckbone pillow, and use it frequently, everywhere - it gives me comfortable support. The cotton fabric isn’t hot or scratchy. And having a zipper to access and adjust the stuffing is a welcome new feature. This pillow is essential to my self care!
