I don't usually write reviews but this company has been a let down. This product was advertised as vegan in the listing (thankfully it has now been corrected in description) and was a large reason I purchased it. After receiving the product, I read the ingredients and noticed "milk lipids" listed. I contacted the company to confirm this serum was vegan and made without animal products. They responded saying the description was a mistake and this product actually wasn't vegan as described afterall. I understand mistakes can happen, but greater care should have been taken as this misrepresentation is a big one for not only ethical but also allergen reasons. On top of this, after asking for a refund for a product I can no longer use, they stopped responding.
