I ordered this part for my profitec 700 Pro. It was the exact replacement, but sadly, didn't fix my issue. No complaints with this part though. Coffee addicts was fantastic to deal with as always.

Good Deed Backfires

I ordered this pump just prior to Halloween so the staff at Coffee Addicts were kind enough to add a few candies in the box with the pump. Unfortunately, the pump inlet/outlet ports were not plugged and through the shipping process a hard candy was crushed with bits of the candy entering the pump. I think I got most of the candy out of the pump and I hope any residual in the pump doesn't cause any harm. The candies that survived the trip were enjoyed. Lesson learned is when shipping plumbing parts always plug the inlet/outlet ports and keep sending the sweet treats.

Easy replacement part for my one group E61 heat exchanger machine. Came set to 15 bar, but was easily adjusted.
