NEW BAKING STONE FOR OONI KODA 16

The original stone that came with the oven broke, so it had to be replaced with a new one. I spoke with Ooni's customer service team, and they immediately sent me another one. I hope this one lasts longer and bakes many more pizzas. I am very grateful for such excellent service.

Great Customer Service

I removed my Ooni pizza stone from the oven to clean it and may have still been warm because it cracked when I removed it but the team at Ooni set me up with a brand new stone FedExed to my house within 3 days. Really great customer service!
