Looks good, but didn’t fit my dog

This harness is well made, and is a pretty colour but I’m not sure about the design. It’s easy to get on, just step in. My dog was at the extreme edge of one size so I bought the larger size which just does not fit him. The chest plate droops and he refuses to walk with it on. Sadly it was too late to return it.
