Sprocket and chain
I ordered a sprocket and chain for the Equad Q. The chain was too small and will not fit on the sprocket. The old chain does not fit the new sprocket pattern very well which makes the chain pop off constantly. It was such a hassle and took months to get the items so I did not bother contacting them. Then I read on the Internet there was a recall on the EquadQ which was not mentioned when I purchased the items. Very disappointing.
