Great product, poor delivery

I was hoping to surprise my partner with the basket at the door. However, I received a call about 10 minutes prior to delivery from the guy delivering the basket asking if I can just come downstairs and pick it up. I said no since it’s supposed to be a surprise. He agreed and came up. Once we heard a knock at the door I had my partner rush over to answer the door (I’m not kidding when I mean rush, they had the door opened within 3 seconds of the knock). Only to find the basket on the ground laid there as if someone forgot it or disregarded it. Very poor experiece. However, I want to clarify the basket itself was beautifully packaged, the items were high quality and they really smelled good. Highly recommend my baskets but I wish they would use another delivery courier.
