Industrial Noise Control Acoustic Wall Blanket

Product was ok, a lot of strings hanging off it I had to cut off. It did work pretty good though. Here’s where they completely blew it. They use FedEx Home Delivery which is a joke! They couldn’t find ny address and delayed delivery two days in a row. My building has been there for almost 100 years and I’ve lived there for 11 years. It doesn’t take a brain surgeon to find my place. After the 2nd time it was delayed i requested to pick up the package which was an hour away to ensure I got the package in time before I left town. When I arrived to pick up the package the driver had already left and had it in his truck for delivery. Needless to say i was furious! Had they just shipped it UPS or even FedEx Ground it would’ve been there way sooner. I even called and asked if i could pay for faster shipping. The girl said no it was hundreds of dollars more then I checked their site and it was $6 more for FedEx Ground. What a joke!

Did not receive my order. Need update on when it will be delivered. Order #8037.

Took 3 weeks to ship. They help reduce noise but not as much as I expected.
