First pair arrived size on lable was wrong so had to return them customer service was very helpful & agreed to send out 2 prs of different sizes at no cost to me, when they arrived lable this time matched the size so sending back larger ones , shame they didn’t come with a belt.

Wasn't sure of the material, but will be great in the rain walking the dogs.
