The perfect colour. The perfect weight to lull you to sleep. Perfectly breathable to keep you cool. Why are you still reading? It’s perfect. You’ll only wonder why you didn’t buy one sooner.

Finally bought one!

I was holding out buying one of these quilts for a long time, thinking "I don't really need it, I have other blankets." But I gave in and bought one (Shell, Double/Queen size) during a Black Friday Sale, and I am loving it! I'm so much cozier at night - it really helps a lot more with temperature regulation vs the other top blanket I was using before (on top of a duvet - it's cold here). I was concerned about the quilt being too big, and it does drape over a double-size bed by a lot, but it is fine if your bed isn't too low to the floor. I was also concerned about washing and drying the quilt, but it held up to the initial wash in and old-style top load washer just fine (gentle cycle, warm water, Nellie's detergent). It took some time to dry, even with dryers balls, because there is just so much blanket there and it got twisted up and I had to keep resetting it in the dryer.
