Works perfectly. Super quiet and easy to use. Only critical issue is the hand bars. Not enough leg room so I had to remove. Wish they were a bit wider so they wouldn't hit my legs (even more versatile adjustments).

I love it, however I think it could be made easier to use if the panel were lower, so you can watch TV while working out. It could be easier to get on and off, as I am 70 years old and it is not a step through for feeling secure while getting on and off. The huge rounded arm holds seem like they could be smaller to fit in the room better

Works great! Easy to use. Assembled easily with my own tools but would have assembled as well but more slowly with the tools provided. There IS an extra set of wires and plug at the display that doesn't plug into anything but apparently is for some other (unknown) application. Good easy to follow instructions. Great packaging and timely shipping. There were two missing machine screws (that do not stop or in any way affect the function) but customer service responded immediately and sent replacements. This machine will be exactly what we need and will likely hold up for many years.
