Navy Eagle Est. 1775 T-Shirt (Grey)

The Navy Eagle Est. 1775 T-Shirt that I had previously purchase was a size large, and did not fit, it was too tight and its of no use to me. I was told by Customer Service, that I can not return it for an exchange because I did not have the tags. As a returning customer I was going to just order the next size XL and was asking as a good customer service gesture, if I could get at least get a $5 credit towards the purchase since shipping is almost 40% of the price of the T-Shirt.
