This leatherwood honey is one of the best things in the world. I love it. Tasmanian leatherwood honey on Quinoa walnut toast with butter, you don’t get much better than that.

This is an excellent honey ,completely different taste from the Blue Hills Leatherwood.This also is the second best honey I have tasted ,the floral tones are present but not the same as Blue Hills .It is still a very smooth ,no sharp after taste and I alternatively have both .I will be buying this honey again soon .
