Wrong size

I’ve been requesting to get a refund number so that I can return the item because it doesn’t fit my trash can. I’ve emailed twice, called and left a voicemail, and sent them a message asking Nine Star to provide me the refund number to make the return. Tomorrow I’m just going to go to FedEx and send it to the address it came from, call my bank to let them know what happen, and trust me my bank will get my money back. Please read this review carefully. Do not buy from this company as they are not responsive. They only give you 30 days to return to get a full refund. As I never want to do business with Nine Star so now I have to throw the garbage can in the trash because my lid stop working properly and I only had it for 1 year. If I could give them 0 (zero) stars I would.
