I purchased one of the warm wool hats for myself from a local vendor and so liked the product that I found their website. I proceeded to order several more warm hats for family members who also loved the design, the quality and the ethics behind the products. My order was placed just a short time before Valentine’s Day which was when I wanted the package to arrive. I contacted customer service and they were able to get the gifts to their destination on time and without the price being included as I requested.
