The hair is perfect and came as described in time. Only thing is they were out of a color I requested and told me right before shipping my package they had just run out. However, they did ask if I wanted a substitute before shipping it off, and issued a refund right away instead, which Is what I preferred. I would stop by in person if I'm in the area and possibly shop online again :)
