D3 2001 Black/Black/Black

I want to share my experience so other buyers can make an informed decision before purchasing from this company. I purchased a pair of shoes for $128 that turned out to be the wrong size. The shoes were in excellent, unused condition with no damage. I followed the return process and paid $15 to ship them back for an exchange. After the return was received, I was told the exchange would not be processed because the shoes were sent in the original shoe box instead of an outer shipping box. This requirement was not clearly understood at the time of return. I offered to resend the shoes using proper packaging, but the company still refused to process an exchange or refund. As a result, I lost both the purchase price and return shipping cost with no resolution. Based on my experience, I encourage others to carefully review the company’s return policy before purchasing.

Amazing service: they came right on time and when they arrived the box wasnt scratched beaten up or broken ane when i tried them on they felt good but i would recommend changing the factory laces to a different type like loose lace so they can fit better. But all together they are a 10/10 and i plan on buying more in the future✌️
