Excellent customer service

Experience was great. I wanted an item that was marked as "out of stock" so I emailed asking if they knew when it would be available again. They informed me that it wouldn't be available again but they had found ONE at a warehouse. They made the invoice and sent it to me but it wasn't working so THEY called ME and they worked to get it resolved and stayed on the phone with me while I processed payment just to make sure it all went smoothly. Excellent excellent excellent customer service.
