Very comfortable and cooling
I am often cold when I go to sleep but wake up with hot flashes. This too is cooling and wicks moisture to stay dry. Very satisfied with my set

Still enjoying shirt 5 years later
I have enjoyed wearing the sleep shirt for the last five years and continue to use it. I did not purchase it to regulate my temperature but liked the fabric. Recommended.
