This cheese is amazing! The sheep's milk taste is very subtle, as is the saltiness. It is good with Sardinian Corbezzolo honey. It has become a staple in this house.

This cheese is absolutely amazing! The sheep's milk taste is very subtle, as is the saltiness. I just cannot stop eating it. It is particularly good with Sardinian Corbezzolo honey (wild strawberry honey found only in Sardinia). I shall be ordering more soon - it will become a pantry staple in this household.
