The first few hours of use, and it got a hole at one of the seams. It is unpatchable. I emailed customer support, and they sent me a warranty to fill out. I emailed the warranty, receipt, and photos of the damaged Giant Shootball. I received a replacement three days later. I will definitely order from Swimline again! Thank you for standing by your products!
