The buying process got off to a bit of a rocky start, as I ordered the blue lace version, but received the black lace in error. I can’t praise the customer service (Poppy) enough however, as she immediately organised a replacement which still arrived in time for our Anniversary. These things happen, and it is always in how errors are dealt with, which was exemplary on this occasion. As far as the necklace is concerned, it is clearly a high quality, interesting item that justifies the price, and my wife loves it. 5 stars and highly recommend both the product and the company.
