Love SKATIE and love their customer service

I’ve ordered from here in the past and wanted to order again. The suites are so worth the price and the fit is perfect and so soft. But one thing I HAVE to compliment was the customer. When I received the top and Work for the first time, I noticed one of the straps were damaged hanging by a thread. After reaching out to Customer Service and explaining what the issue was, I had a quick response with a solution. They didn’t ask questions and had a new top sent to me ASAP. They paid for shipping expedited shipping and did not require me to send the old top back. The new top came within a day or two once I got the new shipping invoice such a great experience ordering from here. Will definitely keep on ordering.

I love this top! I’ve gotten so many compliments on it. The cut is so flattering and I love that it’s adjustable in very direction for a perfect fit.
