I ordered 2 and only one arrived as it looked like the packaging had been open in transit via Royal Mail. (I don't think this was a Hyfive issue.) I emailed them and they apologised and sent a replacement straight. Great service. Top marks.

Really good value

Smashing little secateurs for the price. Started out a little stiff , but with a morning's use and a little oil they are my new favourite. Love the padded grips.

Handle grips are very comfortable , cutting edge could have done with being sharper .For the price good value.
