Curious Baby™ Activity Cards

I bought these for my daughter who had her first child (and for me) so we'd know what to do with the baby and when to expect certain behaviors/actions. She loves them and has begun using the activities every day.

These cards seem like great jumping off points for ideas about what to do with your little one, but they're extremely surface-level in practice. For instance: if you spend more than twenty minutes on the internet as a new parent, you learn that high contrast images are great for newborns. The Curious Baby cards affirm this, but only offer two high-contrast images for your baby to look at (I would expect at least a few two-page spreads, if not more). Same goes for tummy time recommendations, etc.

I was skeptical about spending money on these but I'm glad I did. It has given me ideas of how to interact with my baby during his wake hours. He is only 3 weeks old so I haven't explored the older activities yet but the ones for 0-3 months are going great! Cards are high quality, can be wiped clean if they get spit up on them and are easy to use
