Ryan has been great to me, we had an issue with my coil coming un done shortly after purchasing I reached out to Ryan, he not only let me keep the old one but made a brand new one and even allow me to make amendments as I didn’t feel the colour was what I wanted. I’m pretty nit picky with these things, but I can say the materials are very high quality, and can tell Ryan is passionate about the brand. Will definitely purchase again if I ever need such an item. If you spend a lot of time at your desk like I do it’s a no brainer to put the extra money into something like this.
