Tasty lemon puree

This is great stuff. If you need strong lemon flavor in a dish, but don't want all the liquid from lemon juice, this is a great option. I sometimes use this in my hummus instead of lemon juice.

Excellent and flavorful, it really enhanced our chicken dish. Highly recommend it.
