Refreshed a 17 yo Virtuoso

Shimming the old burrs helped a bit, but it had been 12 years since I replaced the burrs. Instant noticeable difference in range and consistency. I’ve had the Virtuoso since 2008. It owes me nothing. If I get another 5 years out of it, it’ll be the longest serving appliance I’ve ever had.

Works well but beware the "quick" replacement method on Youtube didn't work for me and I had to follow the Baratza guide. It was still quite easy to replace and was an opportunity to clean the grinder.

Very happy

I have been very happy with the performance efficiency and consistency of the grinder now . Definitely worth the investment the ground coffee is much more consistent.
