Ordered express delivery (for extra 20$) as the eye vault promised the delivery within 2-3 working days. Unfortunately was not the case for my order, looking at the shipment tracking technically it is not achievable as just product sorting takes the whole 24h, plus, dispatch. Time plus courier delivery. I needed my contacts urgently but they did not arrive on time. The status order for 2 days in the app was in order placed status. I could not track my order life time. Only after delivering all the status updated historically. No one from customer service was replying for 48h, messaging here in the shop app does not work at all. So it's all not about the product but the service of eye vault.

Spent $20 dollars for express, took 3 days for them to ship it out didn’t get it until a week later. Absolutely ridiculous
