The modal fabric is great, naturally. Beyond that the waist band is soft and doesn't twist or bunch up. The seams are fairly smooth and placed where they won't rub or chafe. The fit is snug and gives a flattering appearance. I'm also a fan of the horizontal fly. If eliminates the need for a button without risking decency.
