Great value and service

Although she has never ordered from here, our daughters piano teacher recommended she get her first violin here. Apparently shipment was delayed a few days, and I immediately received an email notifying me and apologizing. It was only late by a day or two and I was really impressed with the customer service. The violin is a wonderful beginner violin and her teacher was impressed with the quality of the case and violin. Will definitely be ordering again!

The violin came with full set up! I love it! Of course you need to get the shoulder strap separately but they still good! The thing is my violin pegs are loose, maybe because of the temperature my place is, but they can be fixed so not a big deal.
