The Stars and Stripes T-Shirt

I hate to be “that guy” leaving a bad review not about the product but the customer service. I’ve attempted to return my items by emailing them 3 times since that’s the only way to communicate. They’ve not responded, but I get marketing emails daily. The reason I bought the shirts was for the 4th. Based on their advertising they were saying they’d arrive on time. Unfortunately, they didn’t. I ended up buying alternatives from another company when it was clear they would mot arrive on time after I ordered them.
