Overall great - fun to ride

Overall, I am super happy with my new Mibo Royal scooter. It is super smooth, lightweight, and fun to ride. Quality construction-the pieces fit perfectly into place, no rough edges, no greasy parts, perfect paint. The customer support was speedy and helpful - nice personal touch to be able to speak to a company rep who knows and uses the product. As a general rule, I prefer to use my dollars to support small business craftsmen over buying from big factories that crank out cheaper goods. A few things for the USA sales team to note: -Assembly instructions, meh: the box contained only a card with a QR code to a brief and fast YT video. Not everyone has put together a bike or a scooter before. -Metric Allen wrench is required for assembly. It would have been nice to know that beforehand, or to have one thrown in. Metric tools aren't standard in the US. -One tire doesn't hold air right out of the box. : ( -The Royal says it has an integrated kickstand, but mine did not come with a kickstand. These are detail things, but for a fairly pricey, niche product, attention to detail makes all the difference.

Healthy and fun!

The Royal is a solid, very well made scooter. With bigger tire scooters, I kick and glide. With the 20” tires on the Royal, I double kick, then glide, which sounds tiring, but the smaller wheels make it easy. A great workout, and fun to boot!

Great Scooter - Wish they had more instructions

This is a very amazing scooter. Well packaged, done with care and well built. They didn't have any written instructions for how to put it together, however they did have some videos. The videos were very well shot and done, however, they were very quick and didnt go through all the components. For example, they just went through connecting the front tire, but not the back tire to the unit. And the back tire was slightly different (I had to find another video to figure how to tighten it properly). I think they shot the video with the impression that someone has built or put together a bike before, which I'm sure many have, but I have not so it was all new to me. I was able to get it together, but I think more detailed instructions would be great. Please note: My only critique is the instructions -- the scooter itself is AMAZING.
