Gift Cards Cannot Be Used for the App

The Snoo and the app themselves are amazing and truly made such a difference for me and my husband — no complaints there. Unfortunately, the issue is with the gift cards and policies. Gift cards cannot be used for subscriptions, and there are no returns at all. I tried giving this as a gift to a close friend, but she wasn’t able to use it as intended. Unfortunately, she had already purchased all of the accessories she needed, so the gift card was essentially unusable. Very disappointing and not customer-friendly.

This was a horrible experience to activate the gift cards . Convoluted is the nicest adjective I can apply.
