All Inland burs excel at reduction of material being worked

The Achilles heel of Inland burrs are the shanks. The burrs can not be utilized to their full potential as the shanks are only 3/32 of an inch. Fully 30% of all burr shanks fail prematurely due to the shanks inability to withstand the pressure necessary for the burr to adequately abrade material. The shanks must be 1/8 of an inch to reduce the fail rate to acceptable levels. A company in California named TAROLOID used these size shanks in a very successful product that was produced up until 2009. I highly recommend Inland look into this as a much needed modification.
