The chain is so thin it feels like it will break in a second, so is recommend if you order choosing a stronger chain at the time . On a positive note the pendant is beautiful and delicate and stylish, so i can still recommend . Plus customer service are responsive and very helpful which is always a surprise these days and certainly a bonus .

I’ve been wearing the gold one (non-stop) for a couple weeks now and have had NO reaction. I am so allergic to nickel that I had to have surgical grade hardware removed from my body due to a reaction from trace amounts of nickel. The silver is for my daughter so I can only speak to the quality. I have been skeptical about buying jewelry online but I am SO glad I took a chance on Lily & Roo.
