Gold Pearl Lariat Necklace

The necklace I ordered as a gift is beautiful and well made. However, I was disappointed that I paid for gift packaging and though the box is lovely I was asked to put a message in and nothing has come with the message on it, no gift tags or anything. I can't see the point in being asked to write a message if nothing is done with it.
