During this difficult time the Daily Wellness Tracker & Gratitude Journal has been an amazing addition to daily life. Having a checklist, water, affirmations and gratitude, to name a few, on one page has made all the difference to try and eat healthy. When you write each statement or list your things to do, it makes you take ownership and follow through with the list. It brings a sense of satisfaction to check off your items at the end of the day.
