Bought for my niece, lovely quality, nice packaging.

I bought a silver name necklace as a gift for my niece and she loves it! The quality of the necklace is excellent. The Customer Service was also excellent - this piece is made to order with a lead time of two weeks, I needed it for a gift and had cut it fine ordering just 10 days out from needing it, I spoke to Lily who said she'd do her best for me and the necklace arrived the day before I needed it - I was delighted! I am sure customers like me drive companies mad and it's not always possible to push things through, but I was so happy to have this to gift on time! Thanks for everything 😊
