Great company but received defective item

I can’t say enough about the customer service experience with AKsport. I did hours of research on Amazon and Google trying to find an airtrack that was affordable and would last. I felt I found it with Aksport. I received a text message saying the track I ordered was on back order but was given an option to buy a bigger track at a discount so it would arrive in time for Christmas AND it did!!! However, we set it up a few days later and ever since have had a problem with air leaking out. After filling it up each day and it continuing to deflate we assume it is defected. My daughter is soo bummed! I’m hoping to receive a new airtrack after reaching out to the company and hopefully the experience will be like it was when I purchased it. Will provide an updated review soon.
