I have a disintegrating spine and sacroilliac. The lower lumbar is so painful and I have been on pain meds for years. The oil has made a huge difference. I can now go some nights without meds and the pain is much less. Can't wait to see what a year on this natural remedy will do as I have only been taking the oil for 2 months.

These are fantastic at relieving the arthritis in my shoulder and thumb. But I have to take 4 a day
