I'm unsure as to why the price has increased. I've been receiving a reoccurring delivery for a while now, and now a price increase with no communication. The quality of water has not changed, it's still decent. The packaging could be better. 2 of the 3 boxes were damaged when they arrived. There appears to be an issue with the lids breaking off or semi-detaching, resulting in the water leaking. Oftentimes, when opening the container, the spout breaks, causing me to have to turn the bottle side ways in order to drink successfully.
