Wind your grind size dial all the way in!

Great grinder once you figure out that the dial to change the grind size actually goes around and around and around. Once you wind it fully in to zero then you can start dial it in. Went thru almost a whole bag of beans before I figured that out. Needs to be stated in the manual.
