Love the hat but I paid $40 for a hat with a MSRP sticker that says $28 - I feel I’ve been cheated

Purchased online- cost $40- but the sticker on the hat is $28!! It’s a women’s hat, small hat.

Love everything about the hat except the size. I have an average size head and this hat is REALLY tight on its larget size (only the last hole is used) and is awkward at that setting. Really a shame — I so wanted to like this.
