MHD Flasher License for B58

Terrible customer service. Ignored me after a 1 day of asking for help.

First and last time buying anything off mhd. I bought flasher license because I thought I could data log on there but apparently not. I emailed them asking if I could get a refund if I get the super license and they said excuse "buy super license, activate on same account and car, and we will refund the flasher license afterwards" after I bought the super license then they said just because I didn't get it from the website they said they can't refund. And I was confused on why they couldn't because that other website still pays mhd to get the license and I still activated it on the same account like they said.
