Black Silk Market Bonnet

Very pretty hat but l have 2 issues with it. The edges are not finished so it is fraying. The hat is also too big. Having a hard time figuring out how to return it. Update: the store replied and they are now trying to help me figure out how to return it. Therefore I have increased my rating.

I wish that it came with the historical references to it. I work at a living history museum and need to find historical references to what I wear if it’s something other than what I’m given.
