Its really not as comfy as I had hoped for. The gel topper slides around. It came with very little information and the mattresses are just springs its really cheap looking for the amount of money that we paid for it. I thought I was also getting 2 sets of sheets. I paid for one set and was supposed to get a free set and only got one.

Perfect fit for our family

We absolutely love the family bed. It's perfect. Our girls enjoy relaxing with us and there's room for everyone. It's great.

I am completely dissatisfied

My initial experience was going well when I put in my order, I received good communication from customer service about the shipment of my order so I felt very confident. But after putting my bed together and noticing all of these issues, I am so unhappy. I ordered the family bed hybrid mattress and that comes with a memory foam mattress that lays on top of your two queen mattresses. Well, the memory foam mattress is supposed to be zipped in some kind of incasing and the zipper on that was busted so the memory foam hangs over the bottom of my bed which makes it impossible for my sheets to stay on. It also has a topper and a bottom piece that is supposed to zip all of the mattresses together and that zipper is also broken so my bed looks horrible, we brought the power based platform and everytime we lift one side of the bed up the sheets are coming off. Ton spend over $5,000 on a bed and to be having these kind of problems is absolutely ridiculous. I tried to fill out the warranty form on the website and the link is broken. I have sent videos and pictures of my issues and I was told that they were sent to the manufacturer but there has been no follow up on any solution. I am so disappointed and upset. In today's economy no one has that kind of money to spend and the product not be satisfactory
