Replacement pole
I ordered a replacement pole for my tent online. Went to there store to pick it up. The staff member was friendly and nice.

Excellent customer service and repair work

Well built tent
We have had our large springbar tent for several decades and enjoyed camping at the beach and in the mountains. We have never been concerned about getting wet in the rain or morning dew, or the winds blowing the tent over. Recently We needed to order new upright poles, since our original 2 poles stopped functioning. So happy we could get them and be able to use our tent again.
